1. Where do you manufacture?
All our products are manufactured in China, with quality control teams based in both China and Taiwan to ensure stable quality and on-time delivery.
2. Do you have a MOQ?
Our MOQ is flexible depending on the product type and customization level.
For standard items, small trial orders are welcome to start cooperation.
3. Can I buy in small quantities?
Yes, we accept small quantity or mixed-style orders for evaluation or market testing.
Please contact our sales team for the specific minimum order per style.
4. I don’t have my own design — do you offer design or wholesale options?
Absolutely! We provide both OEM (custom design) and OBM/wholesale options.
You can choose from our existing catalog or work with our design team to develop new styles.
5. What is your lead time?
For existing items, production usually takes 45-60 days after order confirmation.
For custom designs, the lead time may vary depending on sample approval and order size.
6. What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 100% T/T before shipment.
Alternative terms may be discussed for long-term partners.
7. Which countries do you supply to?
We export worldwide — mainly to Europe, the UK, North America, Asia, and Australia.
Our team has over 30 years of experience serving international brands and retailers.
8. Can I purchase only accessories?
Yes, you can !
Accessories can be ordered separately or combined with main costume shipments.
9. Do you provide samples before mass production?
Yes, we always provide a pre-production sample for customer approval before starting mass production. We also offer rapid sample revision services to help bring your ideas to life quickly.
10. How do you ensure product quality?
Each production batch goes through strict in-line and final inspections by our QC team.
We follow EN71 and REACH standards when required by clients.
